줄거리

츠지마 섬의 해안경비대는 각종 밀수꾼과 밀입국자들을 단속하느라 편히 쉴 날이 없다. 어느 날 경찰학교를 갓 졸업한 요스케가 해안경비대에 부임을 받아 자신의 고향이기도 한 츠지마 섬으로 찾아온다. 그는 기대와 희망에 부풀어 있지만 자신의 형이 이곳에서 밀수꾼으로 활동 중이란 사실을 알고 고뇌에 빠진다. Just after graduating the police academy, Yosuke starts for his own post at the Coast Guard in Tsujima island, his hometown where the Coast Guard is very busy to crackdown smugglers and illegal immigrants. He is full of expectation and drive, but gets to agonize when he finds that his older brother is the one of the notorious smugglers.
